I was very surprised that we no longer have an electric blender that we carry in our hands all day.
This measure exceeded my expectations I will never go back to an electric blender. I still can't understand why silver whisks keep disappearing from my blender. I have a 23 year old friend who I think probably took it to his apartment and uses it without the electrical part lol. In any case, this manual measure is much better than an electric mixer and removes all lumps and also helps to mix butter, milk and cream to make it very flavorful.
