bought in March -Proforce 1500xp. Paid over €380. the lid for the "trap microfilter" (a fancy name for the package) would not close and repair. Constant clapping. Hepa filter housing - opening buttons do not work. My boss had trouble even getting the locks to work. Customer service - waited almost 10 minutes for help. I once asked what type of filter I need because it wasn't listed for my type of vacuum cleaner. She put me off for another 7 minutes "to check." Asked another question, then told her about the opening lid and the filter housing.
