Seriously, don't even waste your time looking for a better tutu anymore! I literally spent days trying to find a nice fluffy tutu. This is literally the best I've found (and I've ordered a lot). I didn't have time to make it for my niece's birthday so I went hunting to buy it. I'm so glad I did! These are literally the highest quality, fluffiest, and cutest tutus I have ever received! This is not the spiky tulle most people use! It's very soft, keeps its shape perfectly and doesn't knot! I would like to know where they get their tulle from! It's literally the softest thing I've ever felt! I will not make my own tutus anymore! I will order them anytime I need them.
