Review on Sony SRF-HM01V S2 Sports Walkman Headphone Radio (Street Style) - Discontinued by Manufacturer by Jordan Jackson

I got this S2 for my mother for Mother's Day. After a couple of weeks, the very thin speaker wire that runs inside the headband was somehow stripped and exposed. It was then accidentally ripped out when my mother took it off one day and the thin wire broke, rendering the device unplayable. Contacting Sony for repairs was next to impossible. When I finally got to them, the repair cost of this small repair was unjustified and I ended up buying a new unit from a discount store. Sony has good technology but their service is terrible. These are not good prospects for the consumer in the long term.
