The best part is that you can connect with your employees from home, which allows me to keep track of my team members' performance without having them come into work every day! I do not like how it's very difficult for an employee who has been off sick or taken time out due to illness/pregnancy leave etc., as they still receive their pay (even though there are no hours recorded). It would be great if this feature could also apply when someone goes away at weekends - e.g. going overseas- so we know whether our staff member will have worked during those times but haven't received any wages yet? This software helps us manage all aspects related tot he workplace effectively including attendance & payroll management by allowing easy integration between HRMS systems such as ADP Payroll Services /Paychex Employee Self Service Portaland.
