I finally lost my mind with this bag. Looks great in photos, but not so much in real life. It really has the most amazing organizational pockets I've ever seen and I really enjoyed that part. The problem is that the bag doesn't sit flat and upright. Always liked. It has a wide enough bottom to sit flat so that's not a problem. I think it's several things. First, the floor must be made of more durable materials. Second, the bag is straight up and down rather than at an angle, but I think the differently constructed bottom compensates for that aspect. Third, pockets (great for organization) aren't evenly distributed across the bag, so the weight of items is heavier on one side than the other, causing the wallet to fall down. I landed this and threw it in one of the thrift store's second-hand bins and bought a Chala bowling bag. Now this is a bag that fits with no problem.
