Review on Braun Oral B Health Electric Toothbrush by Matthew Bowman
Battery compartment defective.
I bought a Braun Oral B Pro Health electric toothbrush in December 2021. Upon receipt, they helped me put the batteries in. Now the toothbrush doesn't work properly and may need new batteries, but I can't open the battery compartment because the connection is too tight. Although the return period has passed, I think I can return the item as it is useless to me if I cannot service it without help. Please reply.
