The package was full and was easy to disassemble. The instructions were complete and easy to follow. In fact, they were so easy I thought I was doing something wrong. Installation was very quick and easy, by one person. I bought a stand specifically to carry a kayak, so I've wanted to remove and replace it a few times. However, I think I'll be removing the setting bolts and threads fairly quickly. Especially with the brackets that run along the body of the truck. I really want to avoid drilling sheet metal. I also have a 2014 Silverado and the body section closest to the cockpit has obstructions that prevent the clamps from being depressed evenly. This meant that I installed the clamps side by side. On my first ride I checked the fittings many times and everything stayed tight and secure. So far everything works great.
