You can see your progress in real time by keeping an eye on dashboards of new or changed rules that we need to comply with now - such as HIPAA Compliance Rule Number 1 (or even better- Rules like FERPA/SARA Title V). It's great because it tracks who knows what about me across our data solutions so they are well informed when I come up missing things later down the line; which leads to less questions! The interface could be simplified but the overall structure seems quite robust. If there was easier access within certain areas then this would take some pressure off us at times too. There isn't anything really bad here though once again all good points from start to finish. My only suggestion might possibly just being constructive feedback rather than pointing something out negatively, if more options were available for inputting documents via email etc instead of having to download everything locally first before submitting through their system. You can easily integrate third party applications with our platform. The user interface is very easy to use. It's not as flexible in its search functions as it could be. I have some problems finding information that I need when using our reporting tool. Our users love the ease-of-use and how quickly they are able to access their data. They also like being able to see all of their requirements at one time versus searching through multiple tools/apps.
