I love this product. However, I have two small problems. 1.) With the lid on ice it takes 10 times longer to freeze if you can rotate it. I would recommend freezing without. 2.) The ice bucket isn't deep enough, the product description says it can hold up to 3 bowls and that's not entirely true. I have about 2 trays now and as you can see from the last picture the lid doesn't want to close all the way. Other than those few things, I really like this thing!
