Don't be fooled by bad reviews! Maybe steel "stretch "?
Linden Cheese Slicers are awesome! I was suspicious after reading the bad reviews but I'm very glad I bought all 3! They're made of what my husband thinks is high-strength stainless steel. In other words, they are flexible so they don't wrinkle or bend. They are made like lathes of the 50's-60's but are no longer to be found. No, they have no flexibility. The handles are made of some sort of plastic, which isn't impressive, but so far it seems to be well attached and doing the job.
