I have the feeling that toddler shoes fit differently depending on the size. My daughter is now about a 7th size, sometimes an 8th size. I bought size 8 for my daughter and they are a bit big. Socks aren't that bad. Maybe they'll last until next season? *crossed fingers*. My daughter loved it so much she didn't want to take it off. You'll be comfortable and nice and warm for the upcoming Michigan winter.
