Some other reviews describe them as causing a lot of punctures and I think this is due to how difficult they are to put on without pinching the tube. It's quite difficult to put the tube on the wheel without folding it. I had a pinch on my first trip with them. Nothing damaged a tire. My deflation was caused by incorrect tire setting. The only thing that helped was inflating the tube very slightly and using the bike lever to slide it into the tire and over the wheel. Even then, it's very difficult to get the last piece of tire into the wheel without pinching the tube. If you want to get them, be aware that they are difficult to put on.
