I got to say that the product is very sturdy and keeps my phones (Galaxy note 2 and a Galaxy S3) in place, I own a 2013 RAV4 and the cup holder I use is under the dash beneath the radio and Climate control buttons, so the extra reach of the 10' model is a most. The cup holder part fits perfectly and stays in place without having to open the device too much. I gave the product 4 stars because I wished the unit had an articulated head (just like the arm has a knob to lock the position in place) in order to pivot the cell phone better and fit to the unusual contour of the RAV4's. I wish the IKross people added an articulated head to their next version of this product and I would buy it again in a minute. I also tried it in my wife's X3 which has the cup holder next to the arm rest just like the advertised pictures; I found it distracting and forces me to look away from the road for much longer periods of time compared to the location of the RAV4.In conclusion: great product that keeps the cell phone in place, this is a product that can be improved by adding another articulation to the head to maximize possible viewing angles.
