So I've been using this cable for almost 2 years to charge my phone next to my bed. After a while the cable stopped charging quickly and the other anchor cable started interfering with the side. (But that's after pretty heavy usage) I went to the Anker website and you can just fill out the warranty form and the support team will help you. I had never claimed a guarantee on anything before so I didn't know what to expect but they were very kind in helping me. After a few emails with Nicole from support they sent 2 refurbished cables which work great. These are great cables, even if they break you'll benefit from the lifetime guarantee. I didn't have to send the old cables back, it was quick and easy.
