My dental hygienist told me that sea salt has natural antibacterial properties and makes a good natural mouthwash. , and when I saw that this mouthwash had sea salt in it, I decided to give it a try. It doesn't burn and doesn't have a strong aftertaste like most, which I appreciate. I can't say anything about the actual effectiveness because I haven't been to the dentist since I started using it.
