They improve your grip
I was concerned about putting them on because I have medium sized grips. One review said they were not suitable for Mittens. However, I followed the directions and just applied some hand lotion and it went away fairly easily. I've always liked keeping my grip to the end of the stick, and I end up wearing out the grips on the "ends". This will solve that problem, they feel pretty good and really protect my bottom hand.
