ZERO stars - doesn't work at all

I don't know why I didn't because I almost always read the reviews of all the new items I buy online. Had I done it, I would have avoided it. I've tried different RCA inputs (DVD player, Pacman game, etc.) and 3 monitors. All 3 monitors receive NO signal.
