I received this bottle in one of those yellow envelopes. I couldn't believe Revain posted it like that. The tip of the plastic atomizer head was broken. Such liquid bottles need to be properly protected and the plastic at the top of the bottle is very thin and breaks very easily. Cheap plastic too, but worst of all is the Revain packaging. As for the product itself, it seems to do the trick. This is the first time I'm using this on my new leather car. It doesn't leave a "wet" shine, which is good because it makes your skin look cheap. I find the look of the gloss very balanced and the skin looks a bit clearer. So far, so good. UPDATE: I received my replacement in a Revain plastic bag and the second bottle also arrived with cracks in the top spray area. At first I blamed Revain for the packaging, but the real problem is that it's The Chemical Guys problem. They use a really cheap plastic material on the tip of the spray nozzle. It is very thin and breaks easily. So The Chemical Guys should call their supplier and tell them to stop sending them that cheap plastic OR pay Revain more to ship those bottles in a stronger box with proper packaging to protect them. Take your pick :-) I still love the product itself because it's great, but what's the point if I always end up with a broken bottle?
