Review on 🎧 Sennheiser Presence Grey UC Bluetooth Headset (508342) - Dual Connectivity for Mobile Device & Softphone/PC, with Carrying Case and USB Dongle (Black) by Andrew Davenport

I bought it before the holidays so I missed the opportunity to return it. When I got home to use it I had nothing but connection issues. I'm using it on an iPhone 10 and it says it's connected but then nobody can hear me. So I have to manually switch to the iPhone and use the phone. (when I turn off the device it disconnects the call) Technically it's connected but won't let me speak. I also hear my caller. If I turn it off and back on between calls, it works on one call but not on the second call in a row. Lost $153 due to junk. Very disappointed in Sennhieser. Lesson Learned Never buy anything you may not be able to return in time!
