Bought this for our 9 year old granddaughter. Easy to adjust and put on according to the size of the foot. A strap at the back ensures a snug fit, while two Velcro straps on the top allow it to be removed and carried in the wind. The flashes of light from the rolling wheels and the overall quality and color of the boots make it very attractive. Rolling is smooth and the front rubber stops are well designed. Good product.
