We installed the color cartridges and when we selected the large black cartridge to replace we found that it was in the sealed Bag was leaking (see photo). Also, for some reason, our Epson XP-820 didn't recognize the newly inserted cartridge as ready to be refilled and used. Epson then went through the full refill process and then warned that these cartridges were very low on ink or out of ink, which is why we hoped myCartidge replacements would work as well. myCartdidge refills did not help. The work is evident and we're back at Revain.
