These brush pens are amazing. The first set I received had visible issues with the charge. One handle was actually broken and all the handles were dry. I contacted the seller and received a response within 24 hours. They sent replacements free of charge. The second set was amazing! Wet rich colors. The tips have soft bristles and are flexible enough to work with lines and lettering with a brush. This is a new company and they work on problems as they arise. A few things I would like to change are these. Be sure to, that the caps can be placed on the ends of the handles. would be saved if one could remove the end caps, put a few drops of water in the barrel. The names of the colors on the barrel. Castle Art Supply is a promising product for students. They seem to listen to consumers when problems arise. Can't wait to keep playing with this product!
