Measure first so there are no surprises
I found the pillow ok. After reading the reviews I took out my tape measure and was able to see the actual size as some of the reviewers seemed surprised at the size. Perfect for my needs. Having been injured in an accident I find this size perfect for the comfort of my knees. And then he looked great on the bed. Why four and not five. After washing, the pillowcase was not wrung out permanently and came out all wrinkled, but the pillow fits snugly against the pillowcase, so it's not that bad. Would I recommend it, definitely yes.
