Problems with plumbing through the filter! After two months of normal use under my kitchen sink, the filter is now releasing carbon through the line. Due to the low water pressure I had to clean the aerator twice which even flooded the device under the sink! Some particles from the filter got stuck in the kitchen faucet cartridge, causing it to leak out of the unit. After dismantling the faucet and cleaning the cartridge, the problem disappeared. I discovered the leak after the business trip was cut short. If the trip hadn't ended earlier, the flooding under the sink would have continued for a full week! The cartridge kept clogging the faucet resulting in weak pressure until I finally got fed up and removed it. I have not changed any parts on the faucet or the pipe - after cleaning everything is fine. The problem is in the filter, shower particles.
