Nice as long as it works.
I like this kite. I love dragons and when I found Ice Dragon I knew I wanted one for my Christmas decorations. Unfortunately, the built-in fan isn't powerful enough to keep it inflated. Winter is cold and wet. Two things speak against the poor little fan. The cold air is blown out faster than it can. Adding the weight of the raindrops will make the dragon's head and wings fall down. On a dry day, the head stays upright, but the wings don't get enough air pressure to keep them inflated and they still droop.
