Ok so I bought these for my office in October 2019. They work great. I have one for everyday use and one as a backup drive. Well, the disc for everyday use just wore out; works a lot of overtime. So I went insane because I couldn't write on that disc anymore. Luckily I was still able to save files to the backup drive and save all my information to the current date. So now I'm using my backup drive as my everyday drive as I couldn't write to it with my old everyday drive. Of course you can see that I still need a new backup drive. So I sent a message to the seller and told them about my situation and they IMMEDIATELY sent me a new flash drive. IS FREE. I REPEAT. IS FREE. You couldn't ask for a better seller. Very happy with this product and customer service.
