I’m 5’3 about 136 pounds and I purchased a Medium, I was a bit skeptical about the sizing as I had read in other reviews it ran smaller.
To my surprise it fit great! Very flattering! The shorts are a bit short, just a heads up if you don’t like to wear mini shorts, but I did not mind it at all. I had no trouble with the padding whatsoever, I’m a 36 B.
