Wow I should have believed the other reviews. The item was definitely used. There was hair on it as well as a 1 inch mark?! How would I roll and flatten things with a tool that literally has a dent in it? The packaging was assembled so that the plastic was only held onto the cardboard backing with two staples on each side. So I have a feeling it's definitely been reintroduced. Isn't it worth the risk? So now we have to return it and wait for another replacement, this time from a real screamer lol.
