Pro: I bought this hoping it would support my Samasung Galaxy Note 9 (really big phone) with a case (bulky and heavy) and it works great! My phone sits very securely in the holder, it doesn't wobble and doesn't feel like it's ever going to fall. Cons: It was a bit awkward to hang my air vents in the car. It is designed to be placed where desired and then tightened (by hand, no tools) to secure. It took a minute or two to position it the way I wanted it, but once it was good, it was GOOD. And I can still adjust and tilt it as needed now that it's attached to the vent. It's definitely worth it! If your phone is small and/or light, this holder may be larger than necessary (not that it's huge, because it really isn't). Personally, I'd prefer a smaller magnetic mount if my phone is small (such as an iPhone or any of the Galaxy S or Galaxy J phones), or simply a mount that quickly and easily removes and re-attaches to the air vents can or dashboard. .
