I had high aspirations for CARETOO, but it fell far short of my expectations. Their clothing, footwear, and jewelry variety is vast, but I was not satisfied with the quality of the items I purchased from them. While the website's baby and baby girl sections were sweet, I was disappointed by the quality of the products I got. The website was also frustrating to use, both in terms of navigation and the purchasing procedure. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and the shipping was slower than expected. Overall, if you're searching for high-quality goods and a streamlined shopping experience, CARETOO is not the place to go.
