Broke in the first week of use (see picture). I thought that if I put it back on everything would be fine, but then things only get worse. I can't charge my phone without an awfully loud static noise completely dominating every sound I play. Static increases with volume. At this point, the static is so bad that I don't even charge my phone at the same time. The additional port also begins to fail. It makes strange noises when I plug in and plug back in the aux cable. It pauses my audio which is very annoying. I have had a terrible time with this unit so far and have no choice but to replace it as it has gotten into such a terrible state. Perhaps this is a manufacturing issue and nothing more. Anyway, I won't buy it again. It cost me too much if it only works for a month.
