Two years ago I tried putting netting over our peach tree to protect the fruit from squirrels. The squirrels found a way in and devoured every unripe peach. Last season I tried regular spraying of the developing fruit with a hot pepper concoction. That also didn't stop the squirrels. This season I am trying EnPoint's fruit protection nylon mesh bags. While we still have a few more weeks until our peaches will be ready to pick, the squirrels have shown no interest in the bagged developing peaches. Interestingly, the squirrels aren't eating much of the crop that was too high in the tree for me to bag, possibly because they're bothered by all the nylon bags on the lower branches of the tree. Five stars for EnPoint nylon bags getting us further than we've ever gotten with our peach tree's crop intact.
