I make macarons from home and these mats are a godsend! After trying them the first time, I loved them so much I ordered another set. And then I loved those so much I ordered them in the full size sheet to fit my larger trays. It took a minute to get the hang of the mats after using parchment paper because I have to make sure the macarons have formed a COMPLETE shell before baking. They also have to cool completely before removing but if they’re cooked correctly, they remove very easily. And the best part? They clean like a dream! Everything wipes off so easily and I don’t have to keep buying parchment paper. The circles help me to be consistent with my sizing. Overall an excellent product!
