When I opened my package it was late at first but everything is fine. I was so upset when I saw the eyelash shampoo box was all crumpled up and looked like someone had dropped it on the floor and trampled on it. Then I found a stain on the box. So I opened it to see if it's just a box and the product itself is fine. nope! The product was sticky and spilled when I took it out. And he had something similar to rust at the junction of the lid and the bottom of the product. I'm sending the product back and hopefully I'll get a new one. But in general I don't know how a real product works, but maybe they should pack the product better or make sure it doesn't leak.
