This product is amazing. I use very little but it keeps my comb clean and sharp all day. After my 12 hour shift I run and my hair stays in the perfect position for brushing. There is very little shine as it leaves a matte finish (exactly how I prefer it). The only downside is that when applied to my hair it gets very thick and a bit stiff (allowing it to hold its shape throughout the day). So when I take off my shirt, the shirt gets caught in my hair a bit. Not a big problem but it's annoying as it pulls on the hair and is a bit uncomfortable. Plus, it's great if you want to keep fit throughout the day.
