Doesn't work from USB-C to USB-C

Tried with several different cables. It will not work with the USB-C to USB-C cables you use to connect to your computer. For example, I can't use the Samson Go Mic on my USB-C only Dell laptop. It works with USB 2.0/3.0 to USB-C cables just like charging your phone (which defeats its purpose).
