T-bolt unthreaded and overpriced

The T-bolt sent to me had no thread. The whole point of the system was to drive a t-bolt into the wall, how do you do that with an unthreaded t-bolt? I also belatedly saw that you can buy a pack of 100 of these screws with brackets for $18, so that's a grossly overpriced $9 for just one set, and sure enough, my returns window has just closed. Don't bother with this set.
