Update Your Game: Sous Vide Machines

This is a much better sous vide container than the standard pot I've used. Weighted shelf keeps food submerged. The insulated lid ensures its effectiveness. The hard plastic hinged lid snaps securely into place. I put a kitchen towel on it and soaked it for 30 hours (brisket) and the water hasn't evaporated.
