The fans that come with this product are not as advertised. The fans are advertised as being adjustable up to 2800 rpm via PWM. I have the fans set to maximum speed in the bios and they max out at 1800rpm. The AIO unit itself also sounds like it's only 3/4 full, you can move it around and here the water is splashing clearly and the Van regularly hears the pump drawing air instead of water. I have little hope for the lifespan of this cooler but for the price I decided to give it a try. Temperatures are only 6C cooler at 100% load than with the stock Ryzen 5 3600 cooler at stock speeds.
