I only examined the upper limbs for my anatomy exam and can say that the origins/inserts of the muscles are generally accurate. The insertions of the subclavian and serratus anterior muscles are missing, but as far as I recall the rest is/are correct. I haven't examined the lower limbs yet, so I can't comment on that. Overall it looks good and is easy to assemble.
