I definitely recommend GLAS. I bought a third party activated carbon made for aquarium filters. You can get a big bag cheap and it works better for filtering than the pellet sized charcoal they give you. You will see people saying that activated charcoal will make you lose the potency of THC, and they are probably right, but I don't think that's enough for you to notice. Me, at least not once, and I'm a heavy smoker. However, I noticed that my lungs became less irritated after the beatings. At least my bong stays cleaner for a lot longer and I don't notice a drop in my high. DON'T FORGET TO SIEVE! They prevent charcoal from coming into direct contact with the charcoal.
