Bought as a present for a cousin about 8 months ago. She lives with several roommates and after visiting her home I realized that they really needed a little more room for her shoes. She and her roommates installed it fairly easily (within minutes) and were soon putting on their shoes. They have shoes of all shapes and sizes and when I came to visit I thought 25 pairs of shoes would be about right (5 pairs on the counter) so everything was as advertised. Please note these are about 5-6 sizes up so I'm not sure if people with big feet will fit 25 pairs. I put my 12 on them and I have a feeling they will hold about 20 pairs comfortably but I haven't been able to test that so I could be wrong. In any case, the stand has withstood 8 months of heavy use well enough, so the durability is there. She's also moved since she first got it, saying it's easy to take apart and then put back together. The price is a bit higher than I would like but still a good price. Definitely recommend if you are looking for more shoe storage!
