Review on Immerse in TV Bliss with Sony's MDR-RF912RK Wireless RF Headphones by Ben Diesel

Having bought several Sony products, I expected these headphones to make a good first impression. Imagine my disappointment when I plugged it into my TV - just 9ft away - and the audio was interrupted by constant hissing, loud popping and fading out. I've taken the transmitter to different locations, moved myself to different locations, changed the channel on the transmitter and headphones, and unplugged and plugged the cable into the TV's headphone jack and plugged it back in, but the loud pops and pops didn't help. As a test, I plugged $15 wired headphones into my TV's headphone jack and got perfectly clear audio, so I know it's not a TV. Someone in the family threw away the packaging so I cannot return it. I think I'll eat the cost of it.
