Review on One Blue Voice by Darian Massey

I have been working with one blue voice for almost 3 years now, they are very professional in their work ethics. They respond to calls within minutes of them being made which makes life easy when you need someone right away or just an extra set of ears that day. Sometimes it takes them longer than expected. But if there's ever any issues my call gets picked up immediately no matter what time zone i'm calling from. Just make sure your needs match theirs because even though this can be done remotely sometimes communication has its own challenges but not so much as in person meetings where everything may seem fine until all parties aren't present at once. We were having some challenges managing our sales team via phone/email/text messages/google hangouts etc. So we needed help setting those parameters so everyone knew how things worked together without causing confusion amongst each other.
