Review on Smittybilt 2781 5 65 Universal Compressor by Corey Ford

I bought this to re-inflate my 2018 Wrangler's 35" tires after having deflated them for more traction. This inflates 35 x 12.5 tires. "x 17" Goodyear Duratracs from 15psi to 35psi in just over 2 minutes each. It warms up a bit, but cools down quickly. The power cords and air hose are long enough to place the unit on the passenger side floor and reach all tires and battery posts. They have opted for the less common "Japanese-style" connectors. So don't expect to use any other equipment unless you replace the connectors or buy the same type which can be found on the McMaster-Carr website. I wish there was a better storage bag (or preferably a hard case) but I won't turn that down. I've used it 25-30 times now and it worked really well and I was very surprised how much improvement the tire ventilation brings, especially in the snow. On April 29, 2018, we were walking down a mountain trail when a spring storm suddenly hit, resulting in about two feet of snow on the higher elevations in the Adirondacks. I pumped up the tires to 15psi and chewed through the deepest snow even as the chassis dragged.
