The most amazing thing about this product was that it integrated with almost everything I needed in my business including accounting (QuickBooks), sales/inventory tracking plus customer service via live chat or email as well! It does not have all of the features you need but what they do offer works very effectively.

They also are constantly updating their platform so there should be no problems down the road if your looking at staying current within an industry like mine where we deal mostly online through social media platforms such as Facebook Live Streams etc.. This allows us to communicate quickly without having employees travel which helps keep our overhead low while still being able to provide excellent services 24 hours per day 7 days week 365days year round.
