Convenient tool for tracking and managing federal employees
I like that it has all pertinent information in one place, plus some additional data if you need more depth than what's listed at first glance (ie pay info).
Sometimes there are glitches with formatting or how easy/hard certain fields may be completed; however these can usually easily resolved through contacting customer service via email / phone - they're super helpful! If your department already uses another system then this won't add any new functionality but will simply help maintain consistency between systems by syncing reports directly from ON TARGET TO GSA-1215 & GSACO2 forms as well as other agency databases such as payrolls etc., which helps provide much needed continuity throughout departments when switching over staff members mid year who have not yet received their annual salary increase due date passed without having had time spent reviewing previous years' worth of employee records prior.
- The simplicity to view multiple personnel files for various positions within an organization simultaneously.The ability track hours worked across several different jobs..and also receive automatic alerts whenever employees clock out early so managers know immediately whether someone is being productive enough before making changes accordingly..easy access into submitting timesheets online using either mobile device app OR desktop web form submission...all while staying logged onto my work computer
