Review on Powerandsoul Cosmopolitan 130 Hand Shower with 4 Spray Modes by Jennifer Clark

This shower head broke after a week of use. One of the buttons has popped out and now water is pouring out from under the buttons and over the face of the head. All attempts to contact Grohe are in vain - nobody answers the warranty request, nobody answers the phone. The shower head was great when it worked, but the fact that it stopped working after a week is amazing. With no response from Grohe, I bought another one, this time the 160mm version. To my dismay, this second one also broke, this time in less than a week, just like the previous one. To me this does not appear to be a manufacturing defect of any particular device. Seems to be a design flaw.
