My baby has small feet so it was difficult to find rubber soled shoes for her when she started walking at 13-14 months. We ordered size 6-12 months and she eventually outgrew at 18 months. These worked great! They should be comfortable because she loves wearing them. Only two disappointments: 1. I ordered another pair in size 18-24 months and they are too big for her; 2. The insoles no longer fit after a few months of wearing. When she discovered this, her favorite game was taking off her shoes and pulling out the insoles. We ended up getting frustrated and just took them and threw them away. We could probably tape them
